Non-Aging.Expert: launched a health analytics and coach app (2024-2025)

Python 3, Django, FastAPI, microservices, asyncIO, GitHub CI/CD, TDD, Docker Swarm, Ansible; ES6, React.js, MUI, MobX, agile, lean methodology

• Saved the founder’s reputation by launching the new app in just 4 months, with leading & managing the development process, TDD, deployment tiers, CI/CD, agile / lean approach, technical debt tracking, microservices, separation of the team members’ responsibility, prioritization, Gantt charts.
• My 1st release attracted several new sponsors (the first contributed $20 000), which secured the development funding for 6+ more months.
• Allowed the scientific personnel to make 120+ easy and failsafe core updates by designing workflows and implementing software solutions.
• Ensured revenue start by fast billing and payment integration (85+ subscriptions purchases so far).
• Shipped the stable 2nd release by conducting beta testing with 20 volunteer testers.
